The VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) designed specifically for SAN3 is engineered to
support all SAN diagnostic systems based on CAN networks. It is a diagnostic tool that combines
ultra-fast response times with a compact, portable design. One of the most notable new features
of the SAN3 VCI is its support for Wi-Fi wireless connectivity (while still retaining a USB port for
wired connections).
From now on, you no longer need to physically connect a cable to the truck to perform your work;
you can bid farewell to the various drawbacks associated with wired connections — such as
damaged data cables—once and for all. Software support for the SAN3 VCI has been integrated
into version 2.27 of the SAN SDP3 software; therefore, to utilize this diagnostic tool, you must
have SDP3 software version 2.27 or higher installed.
This device is dedicated to providing comprehensive maintenance and diagnostic services for
trucks, buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles manufactured by SAN. This adapter operates in
conjunction with the SDP-3 software. Please note that this adapter is not compatible with trucks
or engines manufactured prior to 2004.
The core highlight of the VCI-3 lies in its support for high-speed Wi-Fi network connectivity.
Additionally, the device body is also equipped with a USB interface.
